What format does my artwork need to be in?
 
We follow the Production Ready Artwork Standards.  The PDF file format, the most universally accepted file
format that is capable of supporting both bitmap and vector artwork, has been selected as the suggested

Preferred professional graphics software:
•        Adobe Illustrator CS 2
•        CorelDraw X3

Acceptable professional graphics software:
•        Adobe Illustrator 10 or higher
•        CorelDraw 10 or higher
•        Latest version of Photoshop or Freehand

Unacceptable Formats for Electronic Art

The following formats do not comply with Production Ready Art Standards and if submitted, will incur
cleanup charges. This is not a comprehensive list, rather a list of the most common unacceptable formats:

•        PowerPoint
•        Word
•        Excel
•        Publisher
•        Scans of logo or Letterhead/business cards
•        Page layout files (Quark, PageMaker, InDesign)
•        JPEG
•        GIF
•        WMF

What is the Ordering Process?

After placing your online order, you will receive an email notification that we have received your order.
 Then, one of our account representatives will review your order and artwork.  He or she will check
the availability of the product, check any potential problems with your artwork, and verify delivery
times.

Once your order is reviewed, you will be emailed an Order Acknowledgement for your approval.  This
will include all of the details of your order.  The Order Acknowledgement will typically be emailed
back within 24 hours.  Please review and email back the Order Acknowledgement within 24 hours
so as not to effect your expected date of shipment.  Late approvals may require expedited shipping
or rush production charges.

Payments must be made once we receive your final Order Acknowledgement, unless special
arrangements have been made.  You can choose to either pay by credit card, check, or money order.
 All funds must clear before your order is placed.
